It took us a while to make this session happen but it did and it was perfect! These girlies were flower girls in a wedding I shot and mom received a gift certificate towards a photo shoot! They've never had family photos taken but they look like naturals to me! This session was at the Lehigh Parkway/Bogert’s Covered Bridge in Allentown and it was just gorgeous there- I often say it’s like a scene from Snow White there! I just love these photos from their session and couldn’t wait to share them in a blog! Xo Lg
How LUCKY am I that I get to be surrounded by these cuties every time I step into my studio? Just take a look at the smiles that March brought to the studio! 🍀🌈
The last few days of March were filled with my Easter Mini sessions... you can check out the full blog of them HERE! 🐣🐰
Thanks for stoppin’ by... Xo Lg
Looking back on all the LOVE I captured through my camera lens in February! Add some valentine minis on top of these and that made for quite the busy month! Stay awhile and check out a few of my favs from each session and hopefully you’ll feel the ❤️ too! ☺️
Thanks for stopping by… hope you enjoyed seeing this sweetness as much as I did! Xo Lg
I don’t always blog regular family sessions, not because I don’t want to, but simply because I don’t usually have time. Every now and then though, a session comes along that steals my heart from the word “go” and I know that I have to blog it.
This family has been coming to me for years, even before their youngest was born. I knew they had a long ride but I don’t think I ever realized just how far they come to see me a few times a year. While I was in Philadelphia for an engagement session, I made the trip to their neck of the woods which was about an hour from Philly and about an hour and a half from home! Mom sent us up at the most beautiful park, Springton Manor Farm, I knew as soon as I pulled in we were going to have a good time. It was absolutely stunning, the light was beautiful and the girls were dressed amazingly well. When you have four little children, it is always an adventure for family photos. This family makes no exception to that rule. But for every crazy moment there are a million awesome moments and lucky for me, I get to be there to capture it all.
I hope they plaster their walls with these images! Heck, I want to plaster MY WALLS with these images! I love every single one.
Thank you for always traveling to me from so far with your babes, guys! I appreciate it so much!
Can’t wait for Santa with you!
I can't believe how big Charlie and Lucas got since I saw them last <3 I love how adorable these guys are together. They have a whole gallery full of frame-worthy shots for their wall! Xo Lg
How gorgeous is this family?? I absolutely love when I get to see them for updated family pics!!! I can't get over how grown up Lillian and Sydney have gotten! <3 Xo Lg
When this mama told me what she had planned, knowing her and her amazing kids... I KNEW it would be FANTASTIC!!!! We might have gotten caught in the rain walking to the car and got stuck in the storm for the whole way home but man was it worth it!!! This session was soooooo much fun- I couldn't wait to blog it for you all to see! Jim Thorpe is one of my favorite locations- the train station, my favorite teal door and just an amazing town... with a super fun ending to the session and my first time capturing anything like it- I just know you will be able to FEEL the fun we had just by seeing these photos! Xo Lg
I ADORE these kiddos!!! Miss Aubrey is turning FOUR and not so little anymore and Madison turned ONE!!! We celebrated with photos and I love when these kiddos come to see me! Xo Lg
Amazing session with these kiddos at the Nazareth Borough Park in Nazareth, PA. A lifestyle session at a park or fun location is a great way to capture precious moments while your children enjoy themselves... without having to always be pose-y, but we caught a good combo of both! We also celebrated some special shots for Alanna's 2nd Elmo birthday and Sarah's 10th donut themed birthday. They had a blast! Sooo many fun ones even I want to print them all!!! Xo Lg
I adore this family! I've been photographing them since Chase was a newborn and now I'm also getting to watch little sister Kora grow up through my camera lens. I value my relationship with my clients and am so thankful for families like this one. I love shooting at the Allentown Rose Gardens in June when the roses are in bloom! Xo Lg
A bright and early family session with these cuties on their farm! I was in love with every single background we shot <3 Miss Addison stole the show, though!!! Can't get enough of this session! Xo Lg
My new buddy Trexler turned ONE on Father's Day this year! What a sweet family in the studio backyard. He destroyed his cake like a champ! I loved the blues with his eyes and denim overalls. You can come back and see me anytime Trex! Happy first birthday! Xo Lg
These boys are so handsome! I remember the last time they came I couldn't stop talking about it! Beautiful family inside and out and that puppy there, Catcher, he was so well behaved... he's welcome anytime! So glad the weather held off and we were able to get beautiful shots of these guys after a rain out!
I love it so much when I get to be around these guys! We had an early morning session and the light was perfect! I always leave with a smile after seeing these faces <3
If you have emailed me in the last three years, you've spoken to Tanya! This is Tanya, the Tanya! And as the saying goes in my circle of friends, "Everyone needs a Tanya!". Truly don't know how I survived so many years without her <3
This is life: You finally plan and coordinate outfits, schedules and a non-rainy day... you pull in only to find one of your two year old twins threw up all over himself, his carseat, the car door and you don't have another set of clothes that coordinates. BUT, you do have a pair of navy play shorts and a gray Star Wars shirt that might be a possibility! You contemplate rescheduling but it would be nearly impossible to get everyone back here again and ready for photos. So you decide that it's a "Star Wars shirt inside out and a roll with the punches kinda afternoon". Your twins want to chase squirrels, pick rocks and hide sticks so you let them roam and grab them in between for a quick photo in the mix! And this is what that looks like. But guess what? It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if they're not looking at the camera in every single image or if they're crying in some. These moments are precious and priceless. You can never ever get these moments back and great grandma, who's almost 87 and has raised three kids of her own, just smiles and loves every second. She smiles because she knows... this is life and life isn't always perfect... but it's always wonderful! Since this crazy session, great grandma who turns 87 in November, has broken her femur. All they keep thinking is "Thank goodness we went through with that photo shoot!" Photos are priceless guys. These pictures are proof. Don't put it off because tomorrow isn't promised to us. This is what keeps me going. This right here.
My beautiful best friend, her amazing little family and that little guy there is my god son! I love these people so much!
Bryana, 10, was at my studio for Santa pictures with her little sissy last year and she saw one of my canvases that was of one of my beautiful brides in the pose of her looking down with the flower crown! Her mama said she loved the photo and has been talking about recreating it since. I felt the pressure to recreate it for her perfectly but I must say, this girl must have a creative brain for her to even recognize it and such confidence to know she wanted a photo like it! Kudos to her parents, they've got the parenting thing on lock. Bryana, you are stunning inside and out! Her smile can light up the room! Her sister, sweet little three-year old Livia, is just the cutest! She was such a good girl and posed perfectly for me each time! Love these girls!
My new friends from their family session at the studio. That little Averie is such a sweetie, all it took was a off key rendition of a Moana song by me to get that great smile and her big brother Christian was putting karate moves on me by the end of the session. Awesome session with some beautiful people and golden hour sunlight... I'm happy! :)
This family is the kind of family that reminds me of why I am a photographer. Their kids are getting big and time flies by! This session is up there for "faves of the year" because the rain held off and the humidity that had been surrounding us for weeks lifted and we had an amazing summer family session with so many incredible photos! It was awesome to meet these guys!
